Through funding awarded from the Prosper Portland Reimagine Oregon Economic Opportunity Investment Fund, The Black Business Association of Oregon is offering $2,000 grants for 5 businesses to attend a business credit program. The program will provide participants with the knowledge and tools needed to establish business credit and gain access to capital. Businesses that sucessfully complete the program will be awarded $2,000 grants. $1,000 to deposit into or open a business checking account and $1,000 to deposit into or open a business savings account.Â
The program will be moderated by Shelia Winston, MBA who is the Vice President, Certified Sr. Business Consultant for Chase Bank.

To be eligible to apply for business credit program, businesses must be located and operating in Portland, Oregon.
