Shifting Perspectives Behavior offers a catalog of disability employment training that can be delivered in-person or virtually to increase disability awareness. Sessions may be targeted to managers and employees to highlight the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities, to help understand the outcomes to enhance employees’ awareness on the different ways that individuals with disabilities communicate and interact with the world around them.
