We partner with state and local agencies and businesses at every level, existing and emerging, to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to invest and get involved in making our state more equitable.
We gather and track data that shows that we’re making a difference in the lives of Black residents, and how we are fostering growth and sustainability of Black businesses.
We help Black businesses create wealth, increase their revenue, and contribute more to the tax base which increases economic prosperity for the entire state of Oregon.
